Explicit Consent: processing of my photo for virtual try-on

Having read the Weardrop Privacy Notice (weardrop.app/en/privacy), I freely give my explicit consent to Weardrop A.Ş. ("Weardrop") for the following, limited to the purposes below:

1. Processing my photo. Weardrop may process the photo I upload or select (which shows my face and/or body), and the image generated from it, in order to create a virtual try-on image of the product I choose and show it to me.

1. Saving and history (only if I use an account). If I choose to save my photo or use my account, Weardrop may keep my photo and my try-on images so that I can use them again and see my history, for the periods stated in the Privacy Notice.

1. Transfer abroad. To create the image, Weardrop may send my photo and the product picture to its AI service provider Google (Gemini API and/or Google Cloud Vertex AI), which processes them on Weardrop's behalf on servers that may be located outside Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union. I understand that the laws of those countries may protect personal data differently from Turkish law.

I understand that:

• my photo will not be given to the store, sold, used for advertising, profiling, facial recognition or to identify me, or used to train Weardrop's own AI models;
• I am not obliged to give this consent. If I do not, I cannot use the try-on feature, but I can still use the store's website and, if I want, create an account;
• I can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting my photo or my account, or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. After withdrawal my photos and try-on images are deleted as described in the Privacy Notice;
• I must be 18 or older, and I may only upload photos of myself or of an adult who has agreed to it.
